The Quote Process

• Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on configuration, shipping destination, and current manufacturer pricing.
• All purchases begin with a quote request. Submitting a quote does not commit you to a purchase.
• We'll respond to quote requests within 24 hours with confirmed pricing, availability, and shipping details.
• A quote is valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. After that, pricing may change.
• Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any payment is collected.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Manufacturer price increases, tariffs, and freight costs can affect final pricing.
• Payment terms will be specified in your quote. We do not process payments through this website — all transactions are handled directly with our sales team.
• Sales tax may apply depending on your state and local tax laws.

Products & Availability

• Product specifications, images, and descriptions are provided by manufacturers and are believed to be accurate, but we don't guarantee they're error-free.
• Availability varies. Some products ship from stock; others are built to order with lead times of 2–8 weeks.
• We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

Shipping

Warranties

• All products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.

• Warranty claims should be directed to us — we'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Returns & Cancellations

Limitation of Liability

• AlwaysBestLifts acts as a sales intermediary between buyers and manufacturers. We are not the manufacturer of the equipment we sell.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, business interruption, or injury) arising from the use of products purchased through us.

Safety & Installation

Vehicle lifts are heavy industrial equipment. Improper installation or use can result in serious injury or death.

• All lifts must be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Professional installation is strongly recommended. Installation is not included with purchase unless specifically stated in your quote.
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring their facility meets the requirements for the lift they purchase (floor thickness, ceiling height, power supply, etc.).
• Always follow OSHA, ANSI, and ALI safety standards when operating vehicle lifts.

Website Use

• You may browse our site and request quotes for legitimate business purposes.
• Don't scrape, bot, or abuse our website or API endpoints.
• Don't submit false or misleading information in quote requests.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
